2. Scope

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Callvent mobile application (“App”) available for iOS and Android. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms.

3. App Description

Callvent detects phone calls and helps you create calendar entries, reminders, and notes. All data is stored exclusively on your device. The App does not transmit data to any server or third party.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the following subscription options are available:

Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The respective store’s payment terms apply.

5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions (monthly and yearly) auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time:

After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial. After the trial ends, a subscription or lifetime purchase is required to continue using premium features.

7. Usage Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of the respective app store.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Robert Mittl / mittl medien. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Calendar entries depend on your device’s calendar service and permissions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mittl medien shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. This does not affect liability for intent or gross negligence under mandatory law.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how the App handles data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
